Géraud has never trusted an alarm clock, which is to say he has never needed one. He arrives ten minutes before every call time and is faintly disappointed in everyone else, though too well brought up to show it beyond a glance at the light.
He is the only model on the books with a beard, and the only one with five toes on each foot, a detail he regards as a family matter rather than a talking point. Between engagements he works the flea markets at dawn, where he has a reputation for paying the asking price exactly once.
